Irish footballer Matt Doherty got himself a deadline day move to Spanish club Atletico Madrid after Tottenham Hotspur agreed to terminate his contract for him to make the move.
The full-back has joined the Spanish club on a short term contract till the end of the season.
'We have mutually agreed to the termination of Matt Doherty's contract to enable him to join another club,' a Tottenham statement read.
