Manchester United's torrid start to the new Premier League season continued as Brentford humbled Erik ten Hag's men 4-0 on Saturday night.

The Red Devils hit rock bottom in the first half itself as the hosts netted all 4 goals within the first 35 minutes. Josh Dasilva put Brentford ahead in the 10th minute before Mathias Jensen, Ben Mee and Bryan Mbeumo also found the net. In fact, it is the 7th time United has conceded at least 4 goals in a league game since the start of last season.

With that United also extended it's losing run on the road to 7 games, their worst run since 1936. They are now languishing at the bottom of the Premier League table with 2 losses in 2 games.
