Liverpool moved level on the points table with Manchester City after beating Aston Villa 2-1 in their Premier League match on Tuesday at Villa Park, Birmingham.

Aston Villa surprised the Reds as Douglas Luis opened the scoring in just the 3rd minute of the game but the Reds equalised just three minutes later courtesy of Joel Matip. Sadio Mane then found the winner for Liverpool in the 65th minute.
Liverpool is still 2nd on the points table with 86 points. Man City have 86 points as well & is first in the league as they've played a match less.
