Phil Foden continued with his goal-scoring form as his brace helped Manchester City come from behind to beat Manchester United 3-1 in the Premier League on Sunday night at the Etihad Stadium.
It was local boy Marcus Rashford who opened the scoring in just the 8th minute to put the Red Devils ahead.
Despite no more goals in the first half, Foden brought the Citizens back in the contest with two goals in the 56th and 80th minute respectively. He has now scored 18 goals this season.
Erling Haaland, who missed an easy scoring opportunity in the first half, also got on the scoresheet with a stoppage time goal.
It was City's 6th win in 7 meetings against United, who suffered their 11th Premier League defeat of the season.
The win helped Pep Guardiola's side to go to 62 points, just 1 behind leaders Liverpool in as many games.
On the other hand, United remained on the 6th spot but are now 11 points behind 4th-placed Aston Villa and 6 behind Tottenham, who are at the 5th spot.
