France's ace striker Kylian Mbappe has been ranked the most valuable player in world football, according to a study by CIES Football Observatory.
Mbappe, who decided to stay put at Paris St-Germain, is at the top of the list with an estimated transfer value of £175.7 million. Real Madrid's winger Vinicius Jr (£158.3 million) and Manchester City's new signing Erling Haaland (£130.4 million) are second and third respectively.

The French striker signed a new three-year deal with PSG last month, choosing not to move to Real Madrid.
The oldest player on the list is 30-year-old Kevin de Bruyne with £48.9m transfer value while football legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi failed to break into the top-100 list.
