Roman Abramovich's problem are far from getting over. The Russian Billionaire who a week before wanted to sell Chelsea has been disqualified as the director of Club after the Boris Johnson-led UK government issued a sanction in his name, the Premier League Board informed.
The Premier League club is under restrictions after the sanction. The top-flight club has only been allowed to play matches and pay salaries, apart from that any income-related activity that might benefit Abramovich's purse has been banned.

The board's decision does not impact the club's ability to train and play its fixtures as set out under the term of a license issued by the government until May 31st, 2022, the Premier League said in a statement.
