Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 13th Saudi Pro League goal in just 12 league appearances this season, as in-form Al Nassr recorded its 7th consecutive win across all competitions following a 3-1 victory over Al Wehda at the King Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Mecca on Saturday.
Al Nassr sit four points behind league leaders Al Hilal after 13 matches of the current campaign.
Alex Telles wrong-footed Al Wehda goalkeeper Munir Mohamedi with his long-range free-kick in the 11th minute to put Al Nassr ahead.
Marcelo Brozovic then sent a cross from the left-wing towards the back post and Abdulelah Al Amri rose highest to head the ball past Al Wehda goalkeeper Munir Mohamedi via the post from close-range in the 39th minute.
Ronaldo then took advantage of a horrendous mix-up in the Al Wehda defence to instinctively find the net from close-range in the 49th minute.
Al Wehda then scored a consolation goal as a free-kick hit deep into the Al Nassr penalty area and Oscar Duarte headed the ball across the goal for Anselmo to send a close-range header past goalkeeper Nawaf Al Aqidi in the 81st minute.
