WATCH: Qatari football team honour the medics who saved their teammate's life

In a heart-warming gesture, the Al-Wakrah club on Monday gave a guard of honour to the medical team that treated their defender Ousmane Coulibaly, who suffered a heart attack on the pitch.

The Paris-born Coulibaly collapsed on Saturday just before half-time and was treated by the medical team of Qatar Hamad Hospital with the assistance of local medics.

The 31-year-old Mali international is now in stable condition. He joined the Al-Wakrah club in 2019.
