Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has expressed sympathy with under-fire Chelsea boss Graham Potter and warned that managers can't let fan criticism "destroy your life".

A section of the Chelsea fanbase has turned against the English head coach with Sunday's 2-0 loss at Tottenham extending a run of eleven games with just one win.

The west London club's board has vowed to back the former Brighton manager, who revealed last week that his family had received death threats from irate supporters.
