France, the World Cup runners-up rose to No. 2 as they won back-to-back European Championship qualifiers against No. 6 Netherlands and Ireland.
Belgium stayed at No. 4, with England next after two wins including a victory against the number 8 ranked side Italy.
Croatia are ranked seventh, followed by Italy, Portugal and Spain, who complete the Top 10.
