Dharamsala has been in news for its muddy outfield and ODI World Cup 2023 games being affected by rain there.

India vs New Zealand clash at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association stadium is also expected to experience showers.

There is a 42% chance of rain in the hill town of Himachal Pradesh on Sunday. There will also be a 99% cloud cover throughout the day.

According to AccuWeather, thunderstorms are likely to hit Dharamsala at around 2 PM, the same time when the match is scheduled to begin.

Thankfully, it is expected to be a passing shower as rain is predicted to fade away soon and no showers have been predicted for the rest of the day.

According to the MET department, the start of play is likely to be delayed but a full match is on the cards.
