New Zealand maintained their top spot on the points table after a comfortable 99-run win over Netherlands in their second World Cup match in Hyderabad. 

Despite scoring 4 points from two consecutive wins, New Zealand remain second in the Net Run-Rate race with South Africa in the lead. 

The Proteas have a positive NRR of 2.040 after their 400+ run spectacle against Sri Lanka in Delhi on October 7. 

Hosts India sit at number 5 with a singular victory to their name against Australia on October 6. Rohit & Co. have a positive NRR of 0.883.
