Australia confirmed their place in the World Test Championship final with a 9-wicket victory over India in the Indore Test.
Chasing 76 for victory, the Aussies were rocked in the very first over, with Ravichandran Ashwin sending the in-form Usman Khawaja back for a duck.
Even as Khawaja's wicket raised hopes of an Indian fightback with the ball, Travis Head & Marnus Labuschagne quashed it all with a superb partnership.
Circumspect at first, the duo took the attack to the Indians once they got their eye in. Their unbeaten partnership saw the Aussies romp home inside 19 overs.
The loss meant India are yet to confirm their berth in the WTC final in June. Rohit Sharma's men can book their place in the marquee clash with a win in the 4th Test in Ahmedabad.
