It's unusual for Team India to have a bad day in a home Test but it's exactly what happened on Wednesday. Australia ended Day 1 of the 3rd Test in Indore at 156/4, leading the hosts by 47 runs.
Team India was bowled out for a mere 109 in their 1st innings as they looked clueless against the spinners.
In reply, Australia lost Travis Head early before Ravindra Jadeja cleaned up Marnus Labuschagne for a duck off a no ball. It was actually the 3rd time in this happened with Jaddu in this series.
Labushagne took full advantage of it and stitched a crucial 96-run stand with Usman Khawaja.
However, the Aussies lost 4 wickets on the opening day and all 4 fell to Jadeja, who became just the 2nd Indian to have scored 5000 runs and taken 500 wickets in international cricket history.
