Team India steamrolled Sri Lanka in the 3rd ODI and thrashed the visitors by 317 runs to hand them a 3-0 series whitewash. It was also India's biggest ODI win in terms of runs.
Opting to bat first, Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli tamed the Lankan bowlers with a century each and powered the Men in Blue to 390/5.
It proved to be a completely different track when India came out to bowl. Mohammed Siraj rattled the visitors with 4 wickets as Sri Lanka was bowled out for a mere 73, their 4th-lowest total in ODIs.
While Sri Lanka last won an ODI series vs India way back in 1997, It was India's 10th series win vs Sri Lanka at home. The Men in Blue have now won 23 of the last 25 bilateral ODI series in their own den.
