Anrich Nortje, Tristan Stubbs named for South Africa's tour of India

Anrich Nortje who hasn't played international cricket since the World T20 will return to the South African squad for their India tour which will take place after the completion of IPL 2022. 
Nortje has recovered from the hip and back injury that he suffered during the World T20. The 28-year-old fast bowler who has played for Delhi Capitals in the ongoing IPL season has picked 7 wickets in 5 matches at an economy of 9.81.

21-year-old Tristan Stubbs who was picked up by Mumbai Indians as Tymal Mills' replacement has also got his maiden call-up to the national side. Stubbs has been the 2nd highest run-scorer in South Africa's domestic T20 challenge. Apart from Stubbs and Nortje, Marco Jansen and Wayne Parnell have also been named in the 16-member squad. While Marco Jansen will also make his T20I debut for South Africa, Parnell will return to the side after 2017.

Temba Bavuma-led South Africa is set to play a 5-match T20 series vs India from 9th to 19th June.
