Hardik Pandya grabbed all the attention after he led his new team to a thrilling IPL win in their maiden season. Impressed by his skills, former Indian cricketer Kiran More too heaped praise on the Gujarat Titans' skipper.

Speaking to SG Podcast, More highlighted how it must have been tough for the 27-year-old ace all-rounder to make a switch from Mumbai Indians to Gujarat Titans. Calling the winning of GT, the best moment for him of IPL 2022, the ex-wicketkeeper batter said it was outstanding, especially Hardik becoming a skipper and lifting the trophy, his personal performance was equally brilliant.

Recalling his younger days, More, in whose academy the Pandya brothers, Krunal and Hardik, have polished their cricket, said, Hardik was a young kid who wanted to perform all the time, I now believe he is a four-dimensional cricketer. Explaining it, More said earlier Pandya use to only bowl, bat and died now he is a captain as well.

Hardik Pandya had an exceptionally well IPL season that also helped him regain his spot in the national side for the upcoming 5 match T20 series vs South Africa. The GT skipper who led his team to success was the highest run-getter for his team (487) and also finished with a 3-wicket haul in the IPL final.
