The former India Test Captain has not played white-ball cricket for his country since 2016. Moreover, Rahane's place in the India Test squad is also under scanner after a torrid run of form.
In 151 IPL matches, he has scored 3941 runs at an average of 31.53 and a strike rate of 121.34. He smashed two centuries and 28 fifties in his IPL career. While representing the national side, Rahane scored 2962 runs in 90 ODI matches and 375 runs in 20 T20Is.
