Chennai Super Kings suffered a 13-run defeat against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Wednesday. Chennai's Ravindra Jadeja has failed again to make an impact as the former CSK captain got out after scoring just 3 runs against Bangalore.

In a post-match virtual press conference, CSK coach Stephen Fleming said that he is not concerned about Jadeja's form as he is coming to bat at No.5 or 6, where batters don't get much time to get rhythm or tempo and they will work out what the best order would be going forward.
Fleming further added that CSK's all three departments have been below par and the team was close to winning a few matches but they were not good enough to get across the line.
Last week, Ravindra Jadeja had given up the captaincy and handed it back to Mahendra Singh Dhoni. In the ongoing season, CSK's all-rounder has managed to score just 116 runs and taken 5 wickets in 10 matches.
