Virat Kohli recorded his first fifty in IPL 2022 at Brabourne during RCB's match against Gujarat Titans.
While opening the batting, Kohli started with a few glorious boundaries. He then anchored the RCB innings and stitched a 99-run stand with Rajat Patidar for the second wicket. During his 58-run knock, the prolific Indian batter showed glimpses of his past years.
Kohli started the IPL 2022 campaign with 41 not out off 29 balls in the first match but his form dipped as the tournament progressed. There has been a huge outcry over Kohli's form after he was dismissed for a golden duck in back-to-back matches. But the 33-year-old Indian batter silenced his critics with a well-constructed fifty.
