Sunrisers Hyderabad will begin their IPL 2022 campaign against Rajasthan Royals at MCA Stadium in Pune on March 29. After a horrid show in the previous season of the Indian Premier League, SRH have almost overhauled their squad ahead of IPL 2022.

The franchise retained New Zealand's astute tactician Kane Williamson as the captain for Rs 14 crore. While believed in uncapped Abdul Samad (Rs 4 crore) and Umran Malik (Rs 4 crore) ahead of IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Predicted Playing XI for IPL 2022

Hyderabad has many notable buys during IPL 2022 Mega Auction. However, the franchise might face difficulty in putting a formidable Playing XI given the team lack premier Indian players.

Last season's star for KKR, Rahul Tripathi is likely to partner Kane Williamson as an opener while Nicholas Pooran, Abhishek Sharma and Abdul Samad would play in the middle-order.

The Hyderabad-based franchise have a formidable pace bowling unit with the likes of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Marco Jensen, Umran Malik, Kartik Tyagi.
