Covid-19 cases are on a rise in India once again and even IPL 2023 is not spared.
Aakash Chopra, who is in the commentary team of the ongoing IPL 2023, tested positive for Covid-19 during the first week of the tournament.
The 45-year-old former India cricketer tweeted to inform that he has mild symtoms and everything is under control.
Chopra also stated that he will be taking a short break from commentary but will be back stronger.
IPL 2023 is the first time in 3 years that the tournament is not being held inside a bio bubble.
