It's probably the most awaited reverse fixture of IPL 2023 as the Lucknow Super Giants take on the Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday.

LSG pulled off a thrilling last ball victory in Bengaluru to chase down 213 in the previous clash and RCB would be eager to avenge that humiliation.

But it's easier said than done. KL Rahul's men are on a roll and are coming off a major win against the Punjab Kings, where they posted the 2nd-hightes total in IPL history.

RCB on the other hand lost their last game and beating Lucknow at the Ekana stadium won't be easy.

Bangalore need to fix its middle order woes as RCB's dependency on top 3 batters has cost them a few games.

The pitch in Lucknow favours both the pacers and spinners but toss might be crucial because of dew.

TEAM NEWS

Josh Hazlewood has joined the RCB squad and is likely to play against LSG on Monday.

LSG are also boosted by the inclusion of Moshin Khan in their squad. It will be interesting to see if he gets a go ahead.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

The two sides have squared off against each other thrice in IPL. While RCB won both the games last year, LSG beat Bangalore in the previous encounter.

WEATHER

The met department has predicted passing showers in Lucknow on Monday and i's likely to remain overcast throughout the game.
