It seems Chennai Super Kings bowler Deepak Chahar just can't catch a break from injuries.
The pacer, who missed most of last year due to injuries, pulled up in the very first over against the Mumbai Indians on Saturday, this time with what looked like a hamstring problem.
The incident took place on the fifth delivery, after which Chahar called for the physio complaining of discomfort in his left leg. While he did bowl the final ball of the over, he looked far from a hundred percent.
The 30-year-old already missed IPL 2022 due to injuries, having been picked up by CSK for a whopping ₹14 CR at the last mega auction.
And now, with not even three games into the tournament for the Men in Yellow, CSK fans will be fearing the worst.
