Royal Challengers Bengaluru were bowled out for 153 on Tuesday and one youngster played a major role in dismantling the hosts batting order.
Mayank Yadav, talk of the town, with his express pace grabbed three wickets - Green, Maxwell, Patidar.
Speaking at the post-match presentation, Bengaluru batter Mahipal Lomror recounted his experience of facing the 21-year-old in domestic experience.
'I faced Mayank (Mayank Yadav) in like, local cricket, a couple of times, so I knew what he brings to the table and about his bowling a little bit,' Lomror said.
The batter also admitted that while RCB had a plan in place to counter Yadav's seething pace, they faltered, 'Yeah, I think we need to be very clear about what we're going to do if someone is bowling 150 klicks (kilometres per hour). Like every ball is around 150 klicks. So yeah, we need to be clear in our heads, and we just need to know what we are going to do. Like, what are our options and what are we going to do against him?'
Yadav has taken the cricket world by storm with his fast bowling accentuated by accurate line and length.
