The Rajasthan Royals spinner is now the highest wicket-taker in IPL history with 184 scalps to his name.
Having made his debut in 2013, Chahal took 143 matches to go past Dwayne Bravo's tally of 183 wickets.
The diminutive leggie got to the landmark in his very first over against the Knight Riders, when he got rid of Kolkata captain Nitish Rana.
