Former world number one Andy Murray has pulled out of the French Open, according to British media on Sunday.
Murray, a three-time Grand Slam champion, lost in the first round in Monte Carlo, Madrid, Rome, and Bordeaux before taking the second-tier Aix-en-Provence Challenger Tour trophy earlier this month.
Andy Murray has previously chosen to forgo tournaments during the claycourt season in order to concentrate on grasscourt tournaments like Wimbledon.
