India's Kartik Kumar and Gulveer Singh produced their personal bests in the men's 10,000m final to take the silver and bronze medal at the Asian Games.
While Kartik finished with a time 28:15.38, Gulveer Singh was less than 2 seconds behind him, with a time of 28:17:21.
The Indian duo, in fact, got lucky as well. They only sneaked into medal contention in the last 100 metres after three of their fellow competitors fell in succession after bumping into each other.
Qatar's Birhanu Balew took home the Gold with a time of 28:13: 62.
