During the celebrations following Nick Taylor's stunning 72-foot eagle putt to win the RBC Canadian Open, world number 75 Adam Hadwin was tackled to the ground by a security guard as he rushed to celebrate his compatriot's win on Sunday.
Taylor, sank the unlikely putt to beat Tommy Fleetwood in the fourth play-off hole to become the first Canadian to win his home Open for 69 years.
Hadwin, who competed in the event, popped open a bottle of champagne and ran towards his friend and caddie as they celebrated the winning moment.
However, one security guard didn't recognize Hadwin and was quick to stop the 35-year-old in his tracks.
Later his wife tweeted that Hadwin - being a good Canadian, had apologized to the security guard!
