CPM Leader Brinda Karat, who had arrived at Delhi Jantar Mantar's to meet with the protesting wrestlers, was asked to step down from the stage
The moment caught on camera shows wrestlers requesting the Left leader to leave the stage with folded hands.
The wrestlers weren't too happy with the presence of the political leader. Olympic Bronze medallist Bajrang Punia asked Karat to not add political colour to their peaceful protest.
"We request you, madam. Please don't make this political," Punia told Karat.
