Namibia took on the Netherlands in their second Group A encounter, with both teams looking to claim the top spot in the group after registering important wins in previous games.
Namibia, who defeated Sri Lanka in the first game, opted to bat first, but their batters struggled to get going. With wickets falling at regular intervals, they struggled. It was Jan Frylinck's 43-ball 48 that helped them scrape through to 121/6 from their 20 overs.
Needing just above 6 runs per over, Vikramjit Singh & Max O'Dowd provided the Dutch with the perfect start. Their 59-run opening partnership ensured there was only one result possible.
And while the Dutch did lose a few wickets in the middle stages, they managed to get home in the final over, and now have one foot in the Super 12s with 2 victories from as many games.
