Wrestlers protesting against former WFI Chief Brijbhushan Sharan Singh say they will continue with their sit-in at Delhi's Jantar Mantar till Singh is put behind bars.

Thanking the Supreme Court for ensuring an FIR is registered against Singh over sexual harassment allegations, the wrestlers said they will not rest till the time Singh is in jail.

Demanding the removal of Singh from all posts, the wrestlers claimed that the former WFI chief can still misuse his position & power. They also emphasised that the FIR should have been registered on the first day itself and that they have no trust in the Delhi Police.

The wrestlers also denied Sports Minister Anurag Thakur's claims that he spoke to them for 12 hours during the January protest, stating he never spoke to them for even 12 minutes let alone 12 hours. Bajrang Punia also claimed that Thakur doesn't even pick their calls.

The grapplers also thanked those who have come out in support of their fight, stating they will not back down this time around.
