Mumbai Indians continued their ruthless run in WPL 2023 as they thrashed the Delhi Capitals by 8 wickets on Thursday.
Delhi's decision to bat first backfired as they were bowled out for a mere 105. Saika Ishaque picked up 3 wickets and took her total tally in the tournament to 9, the most on the list.
The run chase proved to be a cakewalk for Mumbai as they achieved the target with 5 overs to spare. Yastika Bhatia top-scoring with 41.
With 3 wins in 3 games so far, Harmanpreet Kaur's side consolidated their lead at the top of the table, while Delhi are still at the 2nd spot after their first loss in the tournament.
