The teaser of the much-awaited forth film in the Matrix franchise is finally out.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who also plays a key role in the film, along with Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, shared the teaser of 'The Matrix: Resurrections' online.

While loyal Matrix fans need no incentive to watch the film, they are very impressed by the innovative way, in which the makers shared the teaser.

When you visit the franchise's official website, audiences are asked to make the quintessential choice - the red pill or blue pill.

Only if you select one, you get a first look at footage from the film.

Depending on which pill you choose and the time you visit the site, you will get to see different footage from the trailer.

The teaser shows Keanu Reeves aka Neo, seeing a therapist, played by Neil Patrick Harris. But, things go for a toss when a man, enters Neo’s life and makes him see that his reality is just a mirage.

The character of Mindhunter, played by Jonathan Groff, seems to be experiencing the same feeling that Neo went through when he consumed the red pill in the first Matrix film.

Directed by Lana Wachowski, who co-directed and co-wrote the first three Matrix installments with sister Lilly Wachowski, 'The Matrix: Resurrections' will premiere on December 22 worldwide. It will be available in cinemas and on HBO Max at the same time.
