Looking forward to clinching their 2nd World T20 title, the firm favourites Pakistan marched into the semis unbeaten and are now set to face Australia on Thursday in Dubai. While Babar Azam led side who are sitting on the 2nd spot in the World T20 rankings have shown a formidable performance, Australia on the other hand are riding on the back of their experienced players.

In the pre-match conference, Captain Aaron Finch praised his team's spirit. He said that he loves the make-up of the squad and that the team has come here to win the tournament and are still alive to do that. Although they have won the 50 over title, Finch's men are yet to win a T20 ICC Cup.

Having faced each other 6 times on the World T20 stage, both the teams have won thrice and will now look forward to disturbing the balance in their favour. Mathew Hayden, Pakistan's coach admitted that despite Pakistan's outstanding form, the semi-final match will be a challenge of the heart, the challenges of the mind.
