Taapsee Pannu-starrer ‘Shabaash Mithu’ will now be helmed by Srijit Mukherji & not Rahul Dholakia

Taapsee Pannu-starrer ‘Shabaash Mithu’ has a new director.

Rahul Dholakia who was directing the film will no longer be a part of this dream team because of scheduling issues, a statement informed.

Dholakia said that Covid-19 messed up everyone's schedules, and his was no different. 

Taking over from Rahul Dholakia is Bengali filmmaker Srijit Mukherji.

‘Shabaash Mithu’ is biopic based on the life of the captain of the Indian women’s cricket team, Mithali Raj.
