Emerging speculations around the upcoming OnePlus 12 and Ace 2 Pro models are creating a stir among smartphone enthusiasts.
According to a popular leaker, the OnePlus 12 is predicted to boast an OLED display with a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The device's design might also include curved edges and a central punch-hole camera on the screen. This spec pattern reflects the OnePlus 11 except for the punch-hole camera's altered placement.
Speculations suggest the OnePlus 12 will have a screen size of approximately 6.7 inches.
Based on circulating rumors, the OnePlus 12 will potentially be driven by Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It might pack a 5,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
A notable upgrade could be the phone's triple camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP periscope lens.
Leaks have also dropped hints about the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro's display. The phone is anticipated to feature an OLED display with a 1.5K resolution (1240 x 2772 pixels), along with a curved-edge design.
Similar to the OnePlus 12, it will likely have a centrally-placed punch-hole camera. As per expectations, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be initially launched in China and later introduced globally under a different branding.
The device is rumored to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with an impressive vapor chamber system for efficient heat dissipation. Although camera details remain scanty, a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) is speculated.
The phone might house a 5,000mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging, with an elite variant possibly offering 150W fast charging capabilities.
