Asus has revealed the India price of its upcoming ROG Ally handheld gaming device.
It will be priced at ₹69,990 in India and will launch on July 12. However, there will also be a special Flipkart flash sale on July 7.
The 7-inch 1080p IPS display on the ROG Ally portable has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 7ms response time. According to Asus, the panel is capable of a maximum brightness of 500 nits. You can get FreeSync now. Gorilla Glass Victus anti-explosion screen coating is included as well.
AMD's 4nm 8-core Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor (a 6-core version is also available) powers the ROG Ally.
In addition, it has 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and an AMD Radeon RDNA3 GPU. Maximum storage capacity is a 512 GB M.2 NVME Gen4 SSD. The micro-SD card slot allows for additional expansion.
The 3.5mm headphone jack is present with Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C (Gen 3.2), and USB-C (Gen 3.1).
The handheld is powered by a 40Wh battery, which can supposedly last for up to 2 hours of "heavy gaming" or 6.8 hours of video playing. There is support for fast charging.
