Motorola introduced the Lenovo ThinkPhone at the 2023 CES. It is a smartphone aimed towards businesses that is more than simply a branding exercise.
It resembles a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop in carbon black. The ThinkPhone gets a dedicated red key that can be programmed to perform various actions, such as opening the Walkie Talkie app via Microsoft Teams or launching a business or field app.
It also offers genuine connectivity with Lenovo's ThinkPad notebooks, with the ability to sync the two devices and transmit copied text or photos, as well as utilise the phone as a webcam.
The ThinkPhone also has Moto KeySafe, which provides an extra degree of protection by storing PINs and passwords, crypto keys, and other sensitive data in a tamper-proof environment.
The ThinkPhone has some impressive specs, including a 144Hz OLED screen, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, up to 12GB RAM, a 50MP triple back camera array, and a massive 5,000mAh battery.
Moto hasn't released a pricing yet, but because it's a B2B smartphone, don't expect to find it in your local mobile store.
