The Google Pixel 6a has been launched in India.
The Pixel 6a is priced at ₹43,999 in India. However, those who pre-book the device can get it for ₹39,999. It will be available for purchase from July 28 exclusively from Flipkart.
The Google Pixel 6A features a 6.2-inch FHD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate. Just like the more premium Pixels, it is powered by the Google-made Tensor chipset. The device includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The phone's rear sports a two-tone finish. In addition, the right side features a volume rocker and an on/off button. The Google Pixel 6a has measurements of 152.2 x 71.8 x 8.7 mm.
This phone has a USB Type-C port on the bottom, a speaker grille and a microphone grille, antenna cutouts on all four sides, and a SIM card slot on the left side of the frame.
The phone ships with Android 12, however, it may receive Android 13 in the near future.
The Pixel 6a's primary camera has a resolution of 12MP and it comes with optical image stabilisation as well. This camera is different from the 50MP camera featured on the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.
Its 12MP ultra-wide camera, however, is carried over from the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro.
The 6a has a 4,410mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, however, there is no in-box charger.
