As part of Microsoft's new partnership with Apple, Windows 11 PCs and Xbox gaming consoles will be able to better integrate with iPhones.

The company said it will make Windows 11 work with Apple's iCloud and Photos app. With this integration, iPhone users will be able to use the Apple Photos app on their Windows PC to access the photos and videos on their iPhone.

This, in turn, will make it easier for iPhone users to use a Windows PC instead of a Mac with their phones.

To use this feature, iPhone owners must download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and run it on a PC running Windows 11 and choose to sync their iCloud Photos.

As for when this feature will be available, Microsoft said that Windows Insider users will be able to use it immidiately. The company also said that Windows 11 users will be able to get it in November of this year.

In addition to this, Microsoft said that its Xbox gaming consoles will soon be able to use Apple Music. Already, gamers can use the Apple TV app on their Xbox gaming consoles. Now, they will also be able to use the Apple Music app on their Xbox gaming consoles as well.

Lastly, Microsoft also announced that Apple Music and the Apple TV app will be available on Windows in 2023. Also, the company said that previews of these apps will be available later this year in the Microsoft Store.
