Set for its official launch in India on December 12, the iQOO 12 is assured to come without pre-installed applications and the bothersome 'Hot Apps' and 'Hot Games' folders.
iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya has confirmed that the iQOO 12 will receive an impressive three years of Android software updates and four years of security patches.
Additionally, the device will not feature pre-installed hot apps and games, a feature often associated with directing users to designated app stores.
The iQOO 12 boasts impressive hardware specifications, including a 6.78-inch flat LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and up to 1400 nits brightness.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, accompanied by a substantial 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, setting a new benchmark for performance and storage capabilities.
The camera setup is equally remarkable, featuring a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP telephoto camera.
Moreover, the device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, NFC support, 5G SA/NSA connectivity, and a dual-SIM card slot, offering a comprehensive and advanced feature set.
