Nothing is preparing for the launch of the Nothing Phone (2), on July 11. Prior to the official release, the smartphone also obtained certifications, including the NBTC certification with the model number A065, which was previously revealed in February.
The NBTC certification also confirms the device's name as Phone (2). The company has been sharing key details about the device on its Twitter account. Recently, the battery capacity and display size of the Nothing Phone (2) were confirmed.
The Nothing Phone (2) is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and 12GB of RAM. Storage options are likely to include 128GB and 256GB, and it is anticipated to run on Android 13.
The handset is expected to have a 4,700mAh battery with fast charging support. Detailed information about the rear and front cameras, as well as the storage and RAM configurations, is yet to be revealed.
Leaked renders earlier this month showed minor design changes compared to the Phone (1), but Carl Pie, CEO of Nothing dismissed them as fake on Twitter.
