Nothing has confirmed that it will launch the new Ear and Ear (a) TWS earbuds on April 18, 2024.
The decision to reset the naming scheme marks a new direction for the company, foregoing the numerical identifiers used in previous product generations.
Now, a new leak by Android Headlines shows us pretty much everything we need to know about these two earbuds.
The high-end Nothing Ear is poised to succeed the existing Nothing Ear (2) and is expected to be priced at €150.
Leak details indicate that these earbuds will be available in black and white variants, in line with Nothing's signature transparent design theme.
The product is touted to feature an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, with the case carrying an IPX2 rating.
Additionally, the Nothing Ear is projected to offer 7.5 hours of battery life with active noise cancellation (ANC) turned off, supplemented by 33 hours from the case.
The more affordable alternative, the Nothing Ear (a), is expected to be offered at €100 and will mirror the high-end model with active noise cancelation, dual connection support, and quick charging capabilities.
Leak insights unveil that the Ear (a) buds will deliver 8 hours of battery life with ANC off, supported by 38 hours of total usage from the case.
These earbuds will also carry an IP54 rating, while the case will boast an even superior IP55 rating.
The colour options for the Ear (a) include black, white, and yellow, with the latter claiming to have eco-friendly attributes, although specific details on this aspect remain undisclosed.
