Poco has unveiled two new mid range smartphones in the Indian market, the Poco X6 and the Poco X6 Pro. Lets take a closer look how both these devices stack up
The POCO X6 5G comes in two sleek color options - Mirror Black and Snowstorm White. It's available in two storage variants: an 8+256GB model priced at Rs 19,999 and a larger 12+512GB model at Rs 22,999.
Switching over to the POCO X6 Pro 5G, this one's got a bit more variety in colors with Racing Grey, Spectre Black, and the standout Vegan Leather POCO Yellow. Its variants are similarly structured, with the 8+256GB at Rs 24,999 and the 12+512GB at Rs 26,999.
It's worth noting that these prices include a sweet Rs 2,000 discount for those using ICICI Credit/Debit cards and EMI transactions. Plus, if you're looking to exchange an old product, you can still snag that same Rs 2,000 discount

The Poco X6 Pro stands out with its eye-catching vegan leather finish, especially in its vibrant yellow color. It features a large, rectangular camera module at the top, housing a triple camera array.
This includes a 64MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The device also boasts a 16MP front-facing camera.
A notable aspect of the X6 Pro is its distinction as the first smartphone in India to feature Xiaomi's Android 14-based HyperOS. This new operating system offers improvements like faster app launch times, enhanced UI, and smoother animations.
The smartphone flaunts a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate, impressive touch sampling and PWM dimming rates, and a peak brightness of 1,800 nits. Accompanied by dual speakers, the display promises a high-quality multimedia experience.
Performance-wise, the X6 Pro processor is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset and includes a 5000mm stainless steel vapor chamber cooling system for efficient heat dissipation.
It offers up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS4.0 storage. The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging.
The more affordable Poco X6 shares several features with the Pro version, including the display, camera setup, and charging capabilities. It even has a slightly larger 5,100mAh battery.
However, the X6 opts for a glossy plastic body, which is more prone to fingerprint marks, and a smaller, more protruding camera module.
Inside, the Poco X6 processor includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, similar to the Redmi Note 13 Pro, promising comparable performance. Unlike its sibling, the Poco X6 runs on the older Android 13-based MIUI.
Overall, both smartphones mark the latest additions to Poco's lineup, targeting different market segments.
The Poco X6 Pro aims at the higher end of the market, while the Poco X6 is tailored for the mid-range segment.
