A video clip of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav speaking to Patna DM on phone has gone viral. The opposition leader arrived at a teachers protest in the state Capital when he was told that the administration has denied the permission to hold a sit-in. He called the DM and extracted an assurance that the protest would be allowed. What's interesting in the clip is that the DM's tone changed the moment Tejashwi told him his name. The official assured the young leader that permission will be sorted.
