The US state of Texas has reportedly filed a multi-state lawsuit against Google for "anti-competitive conduct, exclusionary practices and deceptive misrepresentation." The state attorney's general has alleged that Google used its marketing muscle to dominate the online advertising space, kneecapping its competitors. It's worth noting that Texas is part of a similar multi-state lawsuit against Google, filed by the US Department of Justice in October.
