Amazon Prime Video has released the full trailer for upcoming period drama, 'The Electrical Life Of Louis Wain', starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Claire Foy.
The film is set in the late 1800s to the 1930s, and revolves around forgotten British artist Louis Wain, a brilliant but troubled soul, whose fascination with the mysteries of the world was complicated, and deepened further, when he met the love of his life, Emily.
In an interview, Benedict shared his feelings about playing the role of the forgotten artist.
"There's something very freeing about being Louis Wain - you know, the uniqueness of him. He's a true individual and I think it was very liberating being him, whether it was the boxing style, the running style, the swimming, the way he talked," the 'Dr. Strange' star said.
The film has an incredible star cast and joining Benedict Cumberbatch and Claire Foy are Aimee Lou Wood (Sex Education), Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit), Olivia Colman (Hot Fuzz), Andrea Riseborough (Birdman), Sophia Di Martino (Loki), Jamie Demetriou (Cruella), Toby Jones (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), and Dorothy Atkinson (Pennyworth).
Directed by Will Sharpe, 'The Electrical Life Of Louis Wain' releases in US cinemas, on October 22, and on Amazon Prime Video on November 5.
