The J&K incident that brought tears to PM's eyes during farewell to Ghulam Nabi Azad

Prime Minister Narendra Modi got emotional while talking about how the then J&K CM Ghulam Nabi Azad personally oversaw the shifting of a 2007 terror attack victims to Gujarat. Azad as CM met the victims and cried at their plight as he saw the bodies off at Srinagar airport.

In his farewell speech in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, PM Narendra Modi emotionally recounted the incident and said that Azad as CM was worried about the Gujarati victims as his own family members.
