The walk of survival: Young cancer survivors on the ramp

It was a walk of survival. 25 young cancer survivors were on the ramp in the Bolivian capital, at a charity fashion event. Between 16 to 25 years of age, the models were from 13 different countries. Some of the survivors were young amputees, who had lost their limbs and other body parts to the disease. The Bionic Fashion Day was started in 2013 and has encouraged youngsters, who have fought their battle against cancer with Bolivian designers chipping in to design their clothes
